Salem is a second-class township in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. The township’s population was 4,271 at the time of the 2010 United States Census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 31.5 square miles, of which, 30.6 square miles of it is land and 0.9 square miles of it (2.86%) is water.
